During my Erasmus+ experience in Spain, I worked as a receptionist at the Trip Hotel in La Coruña, where I could improve my Spanish language skills and enter, for the first time, the working world and deal with customers.
Main activities:
-Management of telephone and online bookings
-Check-in and check-out according to MIH procedure
-Charges for consumptions or extras to the room account
-Providing tourist information in Spanish, French, English and Italian

-Assistance and follow-up to requests from other hotel departments
