To access the network, the User must be a graduate, student, or teacher of ESMOD and have an active email address to activate their Account and participate in the network. Their Account must have been previously created by an Administrator.
Anonymous visitors may access the Site, view public articles and events, but cannot view profiles, post comments, or participate in discussions. They may register for public events. In such cases, they must accept the ToU to reserve their participation and provide at least their first name, last name, and an active email address.
Users such as recruiters or representatives of partner companies may join the network with restricted access to post job offers. These Accounts must be validated or created beforehand by an Administrator.
The User agrees not to use a pseudonym or email address that could infringe on the rights of third parties (e.g., surname, trademark), nor impersonate a name, company name, or registered trademark.
Upon first login, the User must accept and validate the ToU, set their password, and update their Account preferences regarding notifications and profile information privacy settings. After prior notification by email, the Account may be deactivated and then deleted by an Administrator if it remains inactive for more than two years.
Administrators
The Administrator configures User Accounts via imports or individual additions. They manage and validate access requests from Users such as partner company representatives. The Administrator can send access credentials to each User and has the ability to block a User’s access if necessary.
User Accounts
The User may access the Services once the ToU are accepted and only if the Account has been previously created by an Administrator with at least a First Name, a Number, and an active Email. The User must provide at least an active email and set a password to log in for the first time. They may update their email and password at any time from the Account management screen. They will then access their User menu to navigate the various Modules of the platform according to their authorized access level.

By default, the password must contain at least 12 characters (a passphrase is recommended).
Each User is free to change their password at any time from their Account settings.
The User is considered responsible for all actions on their Account, even in the event of password loss.
